Natural Peanut Butter-Fruit Sandwich

This is the best breakfast we have had in a long time!

We were all here at the office testing all the natural peanut butters out there, and comparing brands to see which one offered the best health benefits.  This one is our “winner” because of Trans Fat 0g, Protein 8 g, Sugars 1 g, Sodium 90 mg.   Total nutrition facts listed (below).  By far is this brand the best for us, but it also taste’s the best!  This will be our new favorite breakfast choice for a while!

 

Peanut Butter Fruit Sandwich

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serves:1                          Calories: 180

  • 1 Sandwich Thin (lightly toasted)
  • 2 tsp. All Natural Smucker’s Peanut Butter (Creamy)
  • 1/2 Banana (slices)
  • 10-12 Organic Blueberries

Directions:

Place Sandwich thin in toaster and lightly toast to your preference.  Spread 1 tsp of peanut butter on each half of sandwich thin, then add slices of banana and blueberries on top of peanut butter… Enjoy!
